At CityKicksSD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the sneakers in their original shoebox and secure them inside a separate shipping box to ensure the product packaging remains undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
